List of Things---Finally a Post!

Mike was right----I am never going to be blogfamous if I don't blog. I don't know how people do it! There is so much pressure to post and gain popularity!
So much has happened too! Really Honestly! I think I should go through a run down of things I've been doing and things I've been thinking. This might be the most random list of things ever, but that's how I roll. Especially when I don't really have time to write witty and uber creative posts.

• I've gone to NWB a few times to relax. All times have been fun and awesome. It is great to catch up with old people, etc.
• I went to go visit Jake in upstate New York at Timberlake. It was so beautiful up there and we had a great time together. He bought me a new iPod. I met all of his camp friends. It was so nice to see him. Now I have to wait until like mid-August to see him again. Totally worth it.
• I saw the following movies: Knocked up, Oceans 13, Die Hard 4, Harry Potter 5, Nancy Drew*
• I officially am working hard core for Courtney. It's a great gig and I love working for her. I'm already learning a bunch and it's really fun too.
• I'm leaving for MLW on Friday July 27th. Can you believe it.
• Marathon training is going really well---this Saturday is a 10 miler. My first time in the double digits!
• I hate crocs. I have been seeing them so often recently and unless you are a 6-8 year old child, you SHOULD NOT BE WEARING THEM. They are hideous!
• I am losing weight b/c of running and eating more protein. It's cool. I feel lighter.
• I miss my friends b/c I'm so MIA all the time. I'm officially hanging out with Lindsay next Monday. I hope Beth can come.
• Carolyn, I promise I'll call you back. It was good news by the way.
• Becca---got your msg. thanks for calling. The conversation with her was Ok. We'll talk more about it later. I'll call you soon.
• I am officially a godmom---Amos and Liz asked me to be godmother to Kate. Yay!
• I'm going to LA with Jake over Labor Day weekend. Amos and Liz and Kate aren't going to be there but we are still going. I'm going to try and meet up with MIchelle for dinner on Monday night.
• My newphew is going to MLW. I'm excited for it.
• Softball is going really well. I have two games next week, should be ultra exciting. Our game the other day got rained out.
• Yesterday it was monsooning in New York when I woke up. It was horrid. I hate pouring rain when I'm wearing work clothes.
• This weekend I'm going to catch up on my corespondence and also get a bunch of errands done. It's incredible how much I have to take care of. It's the first weekend that I am not going to MD in a month. Can you believe that?
• I ate pizza for lunch today.
• Tonight I'm going for a 5 mile run, and then I think that Jess is coming over. Mot sure what is on the docket. Possibly a house clean?
• Why is it always wet on the sidewalks in NYC in the mornings? I hate that they clean the sidewalks, it gets me wet when I walk and I hate it. Is it really making a difference? I don't think so.
• BC is still alive. I LOVE that fish. He effing rules.

Hello and Alive

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and that I am alive. I promise that there will be more than two posts per month. I just have to come up with a schedule that works.

Life is good. Busy but good.

It's a bunch of stuff that seems smothering at time but eventually balances out to an even burning candle at both ends. Just the way I like it.

Family is good. Jake is good. Friends are (mostly) good.
